Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 355 dated July 27, 2017 Registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on August 29, 2017 under No. 15584 On approval of the Model Rules for organizing the work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election in educational institutions In accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 "On Education", I ORDER: 1. To approve the attached Model Rules for organizing the work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election in educational institutions in accordance with the annex to this order. 2. Recognize as invalid: 1) Order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 22, 2007 No. 501 “On approval of the Model Rules for organizing the work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election in educational institutions” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under No. 4995, published on November 30, 2007 years in the newspaper "Legal Newspaper" No. 184 (1387); 2) Order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 2016 No. 715 “On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 22, 2007 No. 501 “On Approval of the Model Rules for the Activities of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election” (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan under No. 14751, published in the Reference Control Bank of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 9, 2017). 3. The Committee for the Protection of Children's Rights of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Yersainov E.E.) in the manner prescribed by law to ensure: 1) state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, sending copies of it in paper and electronic form in Kazakh and Russian to the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Republican Center for Legal Information" for official publication and inclusion to the Reference Control Bank of Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 3) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order, sending a copy of it for official publication in print periodicals; 4) placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 5) within ten working days after the state registration of this order with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submission to the Department of Legal Service and International Cooperation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information on the implementation of the measures provided for in subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this item. 4. To impose control over the execution of this order on the Vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Asylova B.A. 5. General Provisions 1. Model rules for organizing the work of the Board of Trustees and the procedure for its election in educational organizations (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are developed in accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 27, 2007 "On Education" and determine the procedure for organizing the activities of the Board of Trustees of an educational organization ( hereinafter referred to as the Board of Trustees) and its election. 2. The Board of Trustees is created in educational organizations, with the exception of military, special, medical and pharmaceutical educational institutions, subordinate to the national security bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 3. The Board of Trustees interacts with the administration of the educational organization, the parent committee, local executive bodies, interested state bodies and other individuals and / or legal entities. 4. The authorized body of the relevant industry or the local executive body in the field of education places an announcement on the formation of the Trustees
