We inform you that in 2022, pursuant to Article 18-4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Mass Media", an expert group has been established under the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to consider applications on the facts of cyberbullying against children.
The expert group included representatives of central government agencies and non-governmental organizations. The main tasks of the expert group are to consider applications for cyberbullying against a child, to assess the facts of cyberbullying indicated in the statements, as well as to make a decision on the presence or absence of facts of cyberbullying.
Upon confirmed facts of cyberbullying against a child, the expert group immediately sends an order to the owner and (or) the legal representative of the Internet resource to delete information recognized as cyberbullying against a child.
